Terms of Sale

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We only ship to billing and delivery addresses within Mainland Portugal and the archipelagos of Madeira and the Azores.

2. PRICES AND SHIPPING CONDITIONS

All prices displayed in our online store are subject to VAT at the applicable legal rate.

Orders shipped via carrier will incur an additional cost based on their weight and volume.

NOTE: The prices indicated in our online store may be changed at any time without prior notice.

3. PAYMENT METHODS:

a) CASH ON DELIVERY:

If the customer chooses this payment method, the goods must be paid for at the time of delivery, to the carrier or the company responsible for transportation, delivery, and collection.

b) BANK TRANSFER:

If the customer chooses this payment method, the goods must be paid for in advance via bank transfer. The goods will be shipped once the transferred amount is credited to our bank account. In this case, the customer only pays the transport cost, without the additional collection fees usually charged by transport companies.

4. SHIPPING CONDITIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We commit to delivering your order within 5 business days from the date it is received, except in the event of a stock outage of the requested item.

For the islands of the Madeira and Azores archipelagos, the delivery time is 10 business days.

In the event of a stock outage or temporary unavailability of an item, the order will be held until the missing item is received. In any case, a delay in the delivery of goods does not entitle the customer to claim any compensation.

5. WARRANTY

All our customers benefit from the warranty provided by the manufacturers of each of our products.

6. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

a) Damage caused by incorrect, abusive, or negligent use, or due to accidents;

b) Damage due to natural wear and tear of the equipment;

c) Items that have been tampered with internally (disassembled, separated, or modified without authorization);

d) Items that have been assembled or installed by unqualified persons, or in devices for which they are not intended.
