1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
1-1- In the case of returning a product that is not electrical or electronic, purchased from our online store or physical location, you may do so within a maximum of 5 days after receipt or collection.
1-2- It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product to our facilities in good condition, unused or uninstalled, in the original packaging with all included accessories, and accompanied by the original invoice.
1-3- For electronic modules or electrical and electromechanical repair parts, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
1-4- Return shipping costs and transport responsibility are borne by the customer.
1-5- We recommend using a shipping method that includes insurance, to protect against possible damage or loss. Products with scratches or damage from transport or other causes will not be accepted.
1-6- No returns will be accepted that do not comply with the conditions described above.
2. RETURN PROCEDURE:
2-1- Contact our customer support service by email at: carlossilva@carlossilva.com, and inform us which order/product(s) you wish to return.
2-2- Item pickup: if the return is due to reasons attributable to us, pickup will be carried out at no additional cost to the customer. In all other cases, transport costs will be charged to the customer if covered by us.
2-3- Once the material is received in our warehouse, in perfect condition and in compliance with the conditions described in section 1, we will process the return as quickly as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date we receive the cancellation notice.
2-4- If payment was made by cash on delivery or bank transfer, the refund will be issued via bank transfer to the IBAN indicated by the customer, within a maximum of 30 days from the date the returned product is received in our warehouse.
3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
3-1- It is the customer’s responsibility to be technically qualified to install or use the accessories or parts purchased from our online store or physical location. If not, they must contact the official service of the brand to ensure proper installation, so the part or accessory does not lose its warranty.
We are not responsible for any theft, loss, or destruction of your products once they have been collected by you or delivered to the address you provided.
